How to clean vinyl pool liner?

High water levels this spring left our pool with lots of extra debris. The result is dark discolouration on the liner. Any suggestions are appreciated. This is a saltwater pool

I use Spray 9 on the exterior of my house to remove dark marks that get there over the winter. Magic eraser is another good thing. Don't know how they'd work on a pool liner, but they are great on vinyl siding and other vinyl items.
They sell vinyl liner cleaner at your local pool store or you can also use baking soda with a wet sponge. The baking soda will increase the alkalinity .
