What order should I do kitchen renovation projects in?

My home has mostly original features and is about 25 years old. I want to update/renovate kitchen configuration to include a large island, probably replace cabinets, replace flooring throughout kitchen/family room (open concept) remove wallpaper, repaint walls, replace light fixtures and kitchen appliances and redesign laundry room adjacent to kitchen. I would like to know the order in which these jobs should be approached

You got this! I know its daunting to started but once you do it takes on a life of its own! Here's a really helpful article that lays out when to do each task- http://www.dummies.com/home-garden/home-improvement/kitchen-bath-remodeling/how-to-remodel-a-kitchen-in-the-right-order/

Hello, I have done that same demo, I gutted my kitchen (everything) just wall left then I repaired some holes that were in the wall. Then I painted the walls, put in the flooring, cabinets, fixtures etc... You don't want to paint too early so you don't scuff the walls working so make sure the prep work is complete before painting. I hope this helps, Good luck!

I would say start with the flooring first as long as you know everything you are going to do and have it mapped out. I, myself, would paint next, as you don't want to end up getting paint on new cabinetry or counter tops, you can always touch up the paint when all is done. The floors and walls are the backdrop to the look you want and doing them first you can envision what the finished look will be with the cabinetry, etc. that you have chosen.
