If you are a DIY person you can use anything you want to make a fountain. Just buy an aquarium pump, tubing , smaller pot to fit inside and rocks or fire glass. First make sure you can drill a hole for the cord to be plugged in the circuit. I used a strawberry pot. I planted flowers on the bottom of the pot, placed the smaller pot inside with the pump and rocks. I filled it with water attached a small tube to the pump to make a spout. I used more rock to build up the spout. You will have to refill the smaller pot with water if evaporates. Love mine! Good Luck!

What about different sized urns or vases ? You might find some at thrift store, flea market, antique shop, world market maybe even a yard sale. Not sure of your color choices but white, black with a french blue or a deep yellow could be made to look old. Well by that matter all colors could be made to look old . I would match your porch. Adding plants to it sounds like a great idea ! Whatever you do I hope it comes out beautiful for ya'!
