Retro Wood Luggage Tags

Identify your luggage and have a good chuckle at the same time with these fun DIY luggage tags.
These wood luggage tags were decorated with Rit Dye and Craft Attitude printable film.
It's so much easier to color wood with Rit Dye than traditional stain. Just dab some dye on the wood with a foam brush and rub it in with a paper towel. Then microwave it for 20 seconds to set the color.
Craft Attitude is a nifty printable film that lets you apply any image to practically any surface in a few seconds. It works really well on wood. Just rub a glue stick on the wood to get started.
Print out a design on your inkjet printer at home and place it on the wood. Rub it in with your fingers and use a craft knife or scissors to cut off the excess film from the edges.
When you're done it looks like the design is printed on the wood.
Of course, you can customize the wood tags with any design you want – your own photos, sayings, anything.
