They were outside my front door. Because they weren't doing well there, I moved them by a tree in the front yard. I water every other day. I cut the shriveled part off. It looks better. Living in Florida, it doesn't grow as well.

Keep soil moist here in Florida but remember to let soil dry somewhat or the roots can't breath cut away dying flowers and they should be fine. I live in FL and my hydrangeas are doing fine.
