The lock light won't go off. Says to hold the NO HEAT DRY button down for 4 seconds and lock light will go off...No luck. Does anyone have any ideas, I'd really appreciate any help with this. Thank You.

This is only a guess; I would try turning off the electrical breaker that services the dishwasher, wait a few min. and turn it back on and see if the electronics reset themselves.

No suggestions...just regrets! I HATE MY NEW DISHWASHER...Actually, I hate every appliance I have purchased in the last 5 years. That water/energy saving crap is a scam! I have had a washing machine for 53 years and this is the first time I have had to clean one before washing my clothes! Even my dishwasher smells bad! I hate having to leave doors open so they won't stink! I would like to put Al Gore and his silly ideas in my dishwasher and leave him there in the cleaning/dry cycle that takes almost 2 hours! Tell me how this 2 hour cleaning cycle saves the planet?

@Joyce Kephart I had to laugh at your comment! I am not an engineer so I will not pretend to understand the inner workings of these new machines, but when it takes twice as long to finish a cycle on one of them, I have to think..."now, how can that save money?" I am glad to see that I am not the only one that is NOT buying into their BS!
