What paint is safe to use on a birdbath?

I have an old birdbath that used to belong to my mother. Most of the original paint has worn off. What can I do to make it look new again? Thank you!

Krylon brand and other brands of spray paint offer options that are non-toxic when dry. You want to also use a sealer that is non-toxic once dry and will hold up well with the weather and water.

Most old bird baths were left with raw concrete, or with white paint to make them look a little like marble or alabaster. Today, they are painted in all kinds of colors and patterns. An acrylic exterior paint is probably the best. The sealer is the most important part, but the can should clearly state "non toxic". Just follow drying directions and the new paint should last several years. Best wishes 😇
