Yes Home Depot sells concrete repair kits. And even some that can be squeezed into the cracks.
Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and Ace Hardware sell concrete patch caulk you can fill the cracks with.
Buy the bottle that you can squeeze into the cracks. It's just like filling a small hole in the wall. Go over it with a large putty knife to even out. I did my daughter's porch and it worked great.
I have the same problem. The repair kits don't have the same look as my garage floor which has a slight sheen to it.
