I need a circuit board for a "natural light" lamp. Where can I get it?

It is a year old and it blew out with a loud pop. An electrician friend told me the circuit board went out and ot get a new one and he`ll put it in. Can`t find one anywhere and the manufacturer will not respond. Thanks!
