Try buffing it with a floor polisher.
Hi Junehewett, I recently saw a floor that was painted with stencil and it was beautiful. It looked like Mexican tiles and it even had grout lines. The lady who did it told me that it wasn't that hard to do. She said the worse part was being down on her hands and knees. It took just short of a week because you have to wait for paint to dry in between coats. Hope this helps. Good luck.
I had scratches and some cracks. I got a caulk that was for cement repair. I used a putty knife and it is still looking wonderful. I haven't painted over it yet as we have RAIN here, but I will finish with paint designed for cement. It will look like new and no polishing machines.
