What is freezer paper, and what could be used instead in Denmark?

    Wax paper or parchment paper or both

    Any thick paper, usually with one waxy side, that is used to wrap meat to go into a freezer, to keep the contents from both spoiling and getter dried out, called freezer burn. You can check with a butcher to see what is used there. Craft stores sell "butcher paper" by the roll or by the foot in many colors. Best wishes 😇
