I got this mirror along with my $20 Craigslist credenza - it was thrown in as an "extra".

My beachy/nautical dining room mirror.
"before" - this plain, white plastic powder coated mirror. It needed a new life and I needed a new mirror in my dining room.
I sanded and painted the frame a lovely yellow and trimmed it with rope.

My wonderful boyfriend tied this nautical knot in the corner where the rope ends met.
Turned out to be a great addition to the room, don't you think?
