1 gallon cheap white vinagar, 2 cups epsom salt and 1/4 cup dish soap. Mix and spray on plants if you are not going to plant anything there spray the soil too. The acid and the epsom salt make the soil rancid for a while nothing will grow. This is a natural soulution so you may have to re-apply it if it rains. Works on small plants the first day larger plants take more.
