Divide if possible to make new plants. If you are breaking off pieces tuck them into a rooting compound, thought frankly just putting them in water often does the trick. You might also consider putting them in bigger pots for a bigger "statement".

Starting New Succulents
You can usually let a piece or even a leaf of a succulent sit out of the sun for a while and it will root on it's own. Then you can pot it.
I do it all the time. Just break off where you want and lay on nice fresh potting medium and water as you have been, as obviously you are making them happy. They will root on their own. I have also just stuck the broken off end in some fresh soil and started a new plant.

Cut it off where you want it to be and try and propagate the top.
