You can use some old doors and hinge them together to create s room divider.
simple furniture placement can "divide" the look of the area such as that represented in this pic.
Furniture placement is the easiest way to visually divide a room. Alternatively, you could purchase a tall houseplant to create a divide. Another thought would be to make a screen from repurposed doors if this fits with your decor
Check Ikea website. They have many options in this area. But I hope you have a store nearby. Items are heavy and shipping is too expensive.
I agree, a well placed couch can define a space without closing it off. Rugs will also help!
Quick and simple would be furniture placement, as others have stated. Next, you could buy or make bookcases. Arrange them in a group of 3 and use as a divider.
You could also use one piece of furniture, say a sofa table and place a tall plant/tree in a pot on each side.
I would agree furniture placement would be the best way to divide the spaces as well as large area rugs to define the steas.
Shout out to all of you, who took the time to help me out
with my quesrion...Thanks!!
