Have you tried rubbing the water mark with toothpaste? If that doesn't work you will have to sand the area down and refinish it.
The only thing I know is refinishing. You can do just the area, but you'll need to be able to totally match the rest of the wood. This may require wood
bleach if the wood has turned blackish in the stain area.
