Saving Ripped Folding Chairs

It's great to have folding chairs handy for extra seating, even cheap vinyl covered ones. But cheap ones rip easily. When mine ripped, I re-upholstered them to match my decor as well as spray paint the metal base. They look so cute now and tie into our decor.
