What is the right way to clean windows that have heat reflective film?
I have three large panels that face east and get full sun so just had 3M installed.

i've had my windows covered for over 15 years, I just use windex and a soft paper towel, never had a problem.
Dilute 1/4 cup "Prell" shampoo (original green with no conditioners)with 4 cups warm water in spray bottle. (Add water first). No rinse necessary.
