Buy potting soil and plants and refill baskets. You may also return to Lowe to be recyled.
Thank You
I reuse all my hanging baskets year to year for my strawberries, it is much cheaper to buy the smaller plants, I think I paid for all the ones I needed to replace for less than it would have been to buy one hanging pot of strawberries. I also got to choose the type I wanted to have vs. what was in the pots. I also remove the hangers on some and use for regular pots if I have something to put in a pot and I don't have anymore regular pots. As Jerry said just drastically amend the soil or completely replace the soil with new potting soil. If you had a plant that had problems in that one, make sure you wash it well with bleach.
