What paint would be safe to use on my hummingbird feeder?

    You can use a lacquer base paint and put a clear coat spray over the top. As long as it ahs completely dried before you put it out, it should be safe.

    A friend of mine would use nail polish on hers (red) because thats the color that always fades and then she'd put the clear coat spray on top. But it must be dry before taking back out for the hummers. And only paint the top or the bottle never where they eat from..
