Coverin concrete foundation on house?

So moved in house previous homeowners pulled up the carpet left concrete foundation painted it a horrendous green. What is the cheapest way to cover but not spend to make the floors look like they are hardwood? If it works I will be pulling out the carpet in the other rooms. It is an open floor plan with tiles in the kitchen part. Would like to spend the least amount of money and time. But slso make it look appealing
