Am on wheelchair now (after 55 years of prosthetics) and everything is too high.Raising floor is not option as I live in small flat.Budget extremely small

My relative has an electric scooter-type wheelchair, and the seat can be raised and lowered at a touch.

Habitat for Humanity has work crews to help low-income and disabled. I have worked on the paint crew.

I had a disabled client as a caregiver who had a great disabled apartment. The cooktop was installed so you could roll right up under the counter and cook. Same with the sink. Then the wall oven was set lower to accomodate wheelchair height.
