Have you tried the spray for cleaning outdoor patio cushions? I would try tilex mold n mildew bathroom cleaner first just because I already have it, or a mixture of bleach and water.
Vinegar . 1/2 cup . baking soda 1\2 cup. 2caps Murphy oil soap. 1 gallon water. It will get rid of mold and safe for vinyl seats.
There's a product called Purple Power available in the automotive dept in most stores. Its great on mildew. Just spray on and rinse off.
