Try using some bamboo sticks tied at top with the ends in the pot(soil) bamboo comes in different circumstances at a garden store. It will bend some and is naturally decorative and can be used for a few years.
I was going to suggest the same thing that Joy did!
One of mine has an old rake stuck in the pot, handle side down in the soil.
What about looking in Renew or other thrift shops for an old piece of lattice that you could cut to size and put in the middle. I don't know how large your container is, but if it's large enough you could make it in the shape of a + with one long side and 2 shorter once that meet in the middle. Or how about an upside down tomato cage? You could cut off the pointy legs and bend them to hold the larger round piece into the dirt in the container.
Good luck
