What can you apply to self-adhesive tiles that would seal the seams?

I put down self-adhesive tiles in a very small bathroom over newly-laid 3/4 plywood. then the faucet sprung a leak and soaked it a month later... all the tiles popped up!

A product called seam sealer..available at most hardware stored
