What is the best way to repaint kitchen cupboards

We moved in and they were painted but they show all dirt and if you scrub them it takes the paint off. What product/ finish make them wipe clean

    When I did mine I sanded, primed and then used a melamine paint. It's durable, smooth and makes wiping them down a breeze.

    Unfortunately whoever painted them previously did not prep them properly.. they should have been lightly sanded.. primed.. and then painted.. your only choice now is to clean them with a solution of TSP.. found at any paint store..oil prime them and re -paint them with a good brand of acrylic enamel.. there are no guarantees that the old paint won't release from the cabinets but with the new primer you should have good success
