The best way to refurb a antique dressing table. Starting to bubble?

( 1920's). Some of the wood is also starting to crack in places. As far as I know it has the original paint/stain. It also has a bi-fold mirror attached and the mirror is very foggy looking, any suggestions on that. Thank you.

"Bubble" as in from water or humidity? If the top is veneer and lifting, you can replace it. If the wood is cracking, use a wood filler and stain to match. Your mirror is antiquing, and having the backs re-done is super pricey.

I love chalk paint. If you are thinking to paint.
