Pottery Barn Inspired Heart Pillow

I love Pottery Barn and it’s always fun to be inspired by their beautiful pillows and bedding.
I saw this Heart pillow and thought “I can make this” for less than $29.50 and show you how too. I had the fabric and craft paint in my stash so it cost me 0 to make but if you need to go buy fabric and a bottle of craft paint it would probably cost approx. under $3 to make.
What you need to make it: White Fabric 14″ x 14″, Red Scrap fabric for Heart, White craft paint & Pillow Form or Stuffing. Step by Step Instructions on the blog. I know this week has been Valentine’s heavy but I promise I have some other great projects I’ll be sharing that have nothing to do Love and Hearts. All the details are on the blog.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a fabulous day, Lisa

Here's the Pottery Barn Heart Pillow for $29.50
You need white fabric and small scrap of red for heart
You can embroider your initials, print or draw them free hand
Paint with white craft paint
Cut a heart with Heat n Bond 1/2" smaller than heart
Iron on back of heart and then peel paper back
Cover w napkin or cloth and iron onto pillow, this will set paint too
Sew heart on and then trim edges of heart with tiny snips so it has that frayed raw edge look
Voila looks great. Sew white squares together, stuff and sew closed.
Now you saved $29.50 and have a darling pillow!
