You will need:
containers for candles, I use mason jars
pre-made wicks, usually available at craft stores
candle wax
citronella oil, can be purchased on line or at health food store
crayons if you want to tint your wax
Affix wick to inside bottom of container, i.e. Mason jar
warm jar to prepare to receive hot wax
melt desired amount of wax for container
add citronella oil to wax
add enough crayon to achieve desired tint
mix well
pour wax mixture into container
when cooled, trim wick
