They may be coming from your house plants soil?
Dawn dish soap and apple cider vinegar mainly get rid of the source that is calling them.
Try using the sticky box from Lowes or Home Depot. Place the boxes where the gnats travel. When the gnats enter the open ended box they get stuck and can't move. This is what our bug guy used in my kitchen along with enclosed bait traps.
They might be coming up from your kitchen sink. I put some apple cider vinegar down there. With hot water.
Pour one cup of bleach into all of your sinks and let sit overnight. Flush with boiling water in the morning.
Set out a small glass of red wine. The gnats will commite willing commit suicide for a tiny sip.
buy a Gnatsling gun!
I used white wine and a drop of dish soap in medium size bowl. Place on kitchen table, or other central location. Let sit overnight night. In the morning they will be floating in the bowl. I have also put small bowl with wine/dish soap. I have had great results..Good luck
Hi Nyjiona, hope this helps you.
In a small bowl, mix a half cup of warm water plus two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar, and about six drops of liquid dish soap. Gnats will be lured in by the sugary mixture, but once they dip in for a drink, the sticky dish soap will trap them.
Use a fly spray!
Fill a microwave-safe bowl with apple cider vinegar and a few drops of dish soap. Microwave the bowl so the mixture becomes even more aromatic. Leave the bowl out uncovered as fruit fly bait. The soap will reduce the surface tension, causing any fruit fly that lands on the surface to drown.
