Heavy soil? Here's your answer: http://www.theodorepayne.org/plants/plants_for_heavy_soils.htm
He is not..he's my brother...lol
I'm writing a book about this. To combat weight without a lot of fal-de-rol, take a GOOD probiotic every day (at least 30 billion of 10 strains), drink a lot of water (take your weight and divide it by 2 -- that's how many ounces you need a day) use Stevia (you will get used to the taste) and reduce your portion size at meals. Don't eat bread. Once you feel up to it, start walking as much as you can. The exercise will help the water and probiotic flush out the toxins in your body that are keeping it from letting go of the fat. Stay the course for at least 3 months before you decide it is or isn't working for you. Best of luck. I'm 59 years old and 5'1". I lost 30 lbs doing this last year and feel fabulous.
Thank you. Many of us, me included, appreciate a plan that works.
lol, that's cute.
