Looks like you are going to have some very pampered veggies! Garlic- or hot-pepper based sprays have long been popular with organic gardeners. Also key is attracting beneficial insects, which will take on the pests. Since you have a pretty small area, floating row covers may also be effective. -

Believe it or not, you can order lady bugs thru the mail. Perhaps a bit of overkill, but they worked for me a couple of years ago... -
