What do you mean by "touching up?" Could you please explain? Is anything broken?
You can paint them by rolling the paint on. Go to home Depot or Lowe's and ask they have all kinds of colors to choose from. I'd have a power spray first let dry good. Hope it helps.
Fresh coat of cement paint
you can use the pre mixed concrete fillers at a hardware store or you can buy a bag on concrete and mix it up yourself to do your touch ups. Just remember that the new concrete will never match what you have since it was no from that same batch of concrete that your walkway was poured with.
How old and what kind of touch up? Power washing can change the appearance of a sidewalk.
