Placemat Pillows--Make Your Own so Inexpensively!

I found these great looking placemats on clearance. I turned them inside out, sewed two together (except for a little spot to fit my hand in), filled it with batting, then finished sewing. It cost $5 for four placemats, so this pillow was only $2.50! And I love it!
My $2.50 pillow made from two placemats. Easy and inexpensive!
These were on clearance. Four placemats for $5.
Just turn them so the good sides are touching. Sew them up (except for a few inches to fill with batting) and you've got a great pillow.

I've been making them for about a year now. I do not turn them inside out. I just put the wrong sides together and they are excellent. These are so easy. I found this idea in the Christmas Under $5.00 projects. Glad to see it posted.
