whatever method you use be sure that no one can get accidentally locked inside.

  Even if they are full during the beginning of the party, they won't be as the party goes on. Make sure there is no possible way a child can get inside, even if you have to chain lock it every time you close it. There may also be laws that prohibit a refrigerator with doors on it outside if there is no lock. I would be very uncomfortable with the one above in my yard because there is no way to lock down the lid. Years ago there were many playing children killed when they went into someone's refrigerator outside. I used to shudder and be sick every time I heard one of those stories. It's similar to stories we here now where a parent leaves a child in a hot car for too long. It's been better since many communities changed their laws to require doors to be removed or locked when they are outside. Now if they could only figure out how to fix the hot car issue.
