No leave, I have noticed small auns copper brownish colou, my question is how I can finish eradicate them?

When was it planted?Where is it planted? What is you location?
Try some ant baits, since they may be burrowing into the magnolia. They have a slow acting insecticide that gets carried back to the nest and will help take out the colony that may have taken up residence inside the tree.
Do you want to eradicate the plant or the auns (did you mean ants?)
Lack of Phosporus is one reason
