How to measure a window for blinds

    If they will be inside mount you need to measure the inside width and length. Measure in at least 3 different places as they are not always square. Use the largest measurement. For outside mount, it would just depend on how far outside the window you want to go. That measurement is up to you.

    yes...measure across your window (inside the frame) in a couple of different places. Then, measure from the top to the bottom to check the length. When you choose your blinds, be sure to check how they will be mounted and read on the box how much space is needed for mounting because it may affect the width you need to buy.
