Use a mixture of 2 cups vinegar and 1/4 cup dishwashing liquid. Spray it onto yuor tile and scrub it lightly, then rinse. Should remove soap scum, dirt etc.

Foaming cleanser and a stiff bristle brush works for me.
I use Barkeeper's Spray Foam cleaner. I love it. Works awesome. Best of luck.
What type of tile? Some cleaners are not safe for some tiles. Check with the tile manufacturer, for their recommendations.
Baking soda and peroxide. Let it sit a few minutes, scrub with a grout brush and rinse
