elyi just did this. The 36" high garden fence section we bought went to close to the ground that hubby couldn't trim the grass underneath them. I took 1.5 piece of pvc and spray painted it black with rRustoleum paint and primer combined. Then cut them in 3 " pieces. I then put the end stakes of each gate thru the pvc pieces to raise the stakes a bit off the ground so he could get the hand clippers under the fence sections. Amazing what you can do with pvc and it holds the paint nic
you can spray paint it and use it for visual interest in the garden. Cut different lengths and spray paint different colors. Then just take a rubber mallet and pound them in the ground
if you have the 1 inch pipe or the 1/2 inch make a hoop house green house...
if you have the bigger pipe 4,6,8 inches wide cut to different lengths set inground fill with potting mix plant herbs, flowers
