Get ready to make a gorgeous centerpiece for your home! Use what you can find for your base! Old drawers, magazine racks, wooden boxes, crates and more!

I'm using an old magazine rack from the 1980's! It's brown and frowny and definitely not perfect! But it will be as soon as I'm done!
First off, grab my favorite brush for giving a distressed effect! The shabby chip brush!
Next up drag your brush across the wood and across all those imperfections! Look at the effect we're getting already!
And for this project I'm using Junk Monkey Paint in Antique Lace and Black Velvet. You don't have to prime, sand or prime! Just
grab a brush and go bananas!
So once the color is down I'm picking a stencil I like to dress it up! How about a "Welcome"! Here's where I used that black paint!
For florals, I recommend picking three variations to make the perfect display! I found these awesome posies at Hobby Lobby and fell in love immediately!
I also found some greenery to help "fill" it out!
Also a lavender style floral piece! It matches the center of the flower so made the perfect accent color!
Put some floral blocks in the bottom. And then stick the florals in, just the way you want!
Voila! Done!
Where would you put this?? Remember you can do any size you want....and here's what a centerpiece looks like done in an old
vanity drawer!
In love or what?????!
