I live in central Florida. I have a friend who has an olive tree also and she gets olives.

typically olive trees do not bear until they are about 15 -20 years old.

u may have one that is fruitless,by design.
When I traveled in Spain, the tour guide informed us that an olive tree does not bare fruit until it's 65 years old.
