Have you tried bleach?
I would call the company that made the product and ask them what to do. Use a drippy honey voice so they don't think your mad, but that your REALLY need their help. If they won't help and you have a lawyer friend, have him/her write a letter threatening to sue. That should get their attention.
Seriously, what have you tried? Bleach? Hydrogen Peroxide? both separately of course. Toilet bowl cleaner? Vinegar & lemon? Another thing that seems to help is Alka-Seltzer Plus. Try 1 or 2 tablets to see if that works.

My plumber told me not to use them. My guest bath goes for periods with no action, only use is when guests are in the house, I go in and swish around some peroxide once in a while. Give that a try with a good scrub and see if that does the trick.
Sounds like a lot of people have had issues with the gel product. Refer to the following webpage for the multitude of individuals trying to rectify the problems. BTW, this is also a great site for removing stains of all types! http://www.stain-removal-101.com/lysol-cling-gel.html
Hello Arlyce; If your bathroom is not used on a daily basis, I would add a cup of bleach to the toilet, lower the lid, and let it stand for a week if possible. Honestly, this should do the trick, and remove the stain.
If that is not possible, You can try and use an exceedingly dull knife, and gently scrap at the stain while spraying/adding peroxide to the area.
I personally have not ever used this method, but some others have a swear by it.
Purchase a large bottle of a "Coke" type product. Pour the entire thing into the toilet and let sit. Then scrub the blue stains with the Coke.
I hope that one of these methods will help you. Good Luck!!
