How can I get rid of snails and moles in my yard? Runing my flowers!

I have snails that will crawl up a wall and get in my hanging plants and kill them. Trouble in the plants below on the ground also. Moles and voles have killed all my bulb plants.

    For the moles, spread pellets to kill grubs. That is what the moles are after.
