Has anyone ever placed an electrical outlet in a concrete floor? How difficult and expensive?

I know why he wants the outlet. I had a closet removed from the entrance of my home because ...»
it blocked the view I wanted. Then I needed an outlet in the concrete so I didn't have wires all over the room. I wouldn't recommend this unless you are having other major changes at the same time. It is both messy and costly.

Gardening: I want to dig up irises and move them to Louisiana from NC. How long can they be out of the dirt?

Is there any special way I should transport them? Dirt or without?
