Electrical & Lighting: where can I get a backup electrical source for a garage door, so that when the power goes out I can still get in.

the garage door's rqd power will far exceed anything avail from computer backup systems,,, ...»
UNLESS you want to invest $ in an outside emergency generator AND pay a licensed electrician to legally wire it in to your garage door, etc, carry a spare key to the other door ;-) IF your power goes out enough times that you're considering this alternative, have the door's spring changed & open it manually
