Put a piece of gum in the hole
I use moth balls, most all animals hate them
Moth Balls, Human hair, spearmint gum Put it in their holes and any new ones that open up. You have to be diligent to get them to move on. You can also buy traps and bait.

They also dont like garlic and pepper- you can sprinkle some of those around, best of luck!!
If you or if you know anyone who has snakes, keep the skin when they shed and place a good long piece in each in hole. They won't be back. Tried and true!
