How to keep cats from using my flower bed as a litter box?

My last resort is standing sticks up in the flowerbed and laying big ones on top of dirt. They come and push them aside.

Stick plastic forks in the ground. Fork side up where ever they have been.

my neighbor had the same problem. we have a pine tree that grows big pine cones. she used the pine cones to keep the cats out. or you could use the spiked netting used to keep pigeons from roosting.
Get a motion activated sprayer at your local diy store, it will spray them when they come near and kitties don't like to get wet.
