Tomatoes in pot . How often do you add Epson salt?

I planted one tomato in a pot on my deck we live in the country impossible to have a garden in the yard .animal eat everything .did Epson salt once the plant has lots of tomatoes on it .should I do it again Betty

Be careful not to overdo it...it is a salt.
i add it when the blooms start to appear. about a table spoon. the magnesium help set the blossoms. i also add lime or calcium - same stuff- at this time too. about a hand full of pelleted lime on top the soil. water it in. it adds calcium to the plant.. i have heard of giving the plant 2 tums crushed up. since you only have the 1 plant if you have'm use them.
