i have a cement one in the front. In the back am working cement steps from home depot

  • We have a paver walkway( set in sand over crushed stone) and it has been wonderful in snow and when mowing. I used to have cement and that worked well, too.

I would go with pavers, you can put them in level with the ground and it won't get in the way of the lawn mower or the snow blower. If one raises on one side you can just raise it and take out a little soil to make it flush again, you can't do that with poured cement. Same thing if one cracks you can replace the one, not have to replace a whole section.

Pavers are going to be your best bet. They're more solid than any gravel type and won't kick up .

    Pavers for sure! Good luck!
