Then, we place a flexible solvent epoxy/resin filler instead of caulking to protect all the corners from mold and mildew with a lush natural look. We also seal the grout using a pigmented titanium sealer, which keeps the look of the surface with no peeling and no staining issues. We also color match the sealer to the grout before we apply it to the floor or walls.
